Content: It was moved by Councillor Nolan, seconded by Councillor J Thomas and   RESOLVED that   (i) a recruitment and selection process be approved for at least two new members of an Independent Remuneration Panel; and (ii) once convened, the Independent Remuneration Panel be requested to review and make recommendations to Council on the Members’ Allowances Scheme to be applied for the 2027-28 financial year onwards.
