Proposed Individual Decision: Football Foundation Truro Sports Hub Phase 4 (Langarth) Grant and Contract Procurement   The Leader to discuss with Cllr LaBoarde the issues she raised in relation to the proposed use of rubber crumb as part of the development of the football pitch. Cornwall Housing Limited – Appreciation of Tenants   Cllr La Broy to investigate with Cornwall Housing Limited whether they recognised their tenants who keep their properties in good condition and report back to Cllr Webb. Current House Building Target for Cornwall Council Cllr La Broy to share both the letter and response he committed to at the previous meeting (Minute Ref CC/64, point 17 refers) as soon as both were available with all Members.   Corporate Parenting Board   Cllr Frank confirmed that she would raise the matter of puberty blocker trials at the next meeting of the Corporate Parenting Board.
