Content: Decision:   1.  That the Council enters into a new 99-year lease with Cornwall Airport Limited in line with the report. 2.  That authority be delegated to the Head of Property to negotiate and settle the terms of the proposed lease as set out in this report following consultation with the Section 151 and Monitoring Officers.
