Content: The Sub-Committee determined the application and decided to Grant in Part the Licence, with a reduction in hours of the recorded music For clarity;   Sale of alcohol (On & Off sales): Friday 17:00 – 22:30 Saturday & Sunday 12:00 – 22:30   Live Music: Friday 17:00-22:00 Saturday & Sunday 12:00-22:00   The Sub-Committee notes that in accordance with the Live Music Act, that live music can be played up until end of the sale of alcohol.   Recorded music and Hours the premises is open to the public:   Friday 17:00-22:30 Saturday & Sunday 12:00-22:30   The Sub-Committee considers this decision to be appropriate for the promotion of the licensing objectives.   This decision can be appealed within 21 days of receiving the decision letter, in accordance with the provisions contained within Schedule 5 to the Licensing Act 2003, to Thames Magistrates Court, 58 Bow Road, London E3 4DJ, such an appeal to be made within twenty-one days of notification of the decision letter.
