Content: RESOLVED: Cabinet: a)     Noted the latest capital monitoring position for the General Fund and HRA. b)     Noted the new capital schemes and changes to the Capital Programme since the approved budget position considered by Council in February 2025. c)     Approved a £475k budget for ANPR and other car parking equipment as outlined in section 8.1 d)     Approved the Capital Budget reprofiling outlined in sections 8.2 and 8.3. e)     Approved the HRA Capital Budget virement outlined in section 10.6.   REASONS RESOLVED: To support the effective oversight and delivery of the Council’s capital programme, ensuring robust financial management and alignment with strategic priorities.   ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS: The report is for information.
