Content: Salford City Council - Record of Decision   Title: Disposal of Land at St Mary’s Road, Eccles   I Councillor Jack Youd, Deputy City Mayor and Lead Member for Finance, Corporate Services and Regeneration in exercise of the powers contained within the City Council Constitution do hereby:   Approve the revised proposals associated with the grant of a 250 year Underlease to ForHousing at St Mary’s Road, Eccles on the terms contained within this report. With transfer of all the Council’s leasehold interest on practical completion of all works.   Delegate authority to the Executive Director Place and the Section 151 officer to negotiate and finalise the commercial arrangements and all other necessary ancillary agreements to allow the completion of the arrangements as detailed in this report   Note the outcome of the advertising of the intention to dispose of an area of public open space under Section 123(1), (2a) of the Local Government Act 1972.   Authorise the Shared Legal Service to prepare all necessary documentation and to take all steps which are required to give effect to the above recommendations.     The Reasons:             To facilitate the development of the site.   Assessment of Risk is LOW    The source of funding: N/A   Legal Advice obtained:  Kate Bouchier, Head of Property, Manchester Shared Legal Service.
