Content: Cabinet:   1)    NOTED the Corporate Health and Safety update report. 2)    NOTED that to enable the implementation of proportionate measures arising from ‘Martyn’s Law’, a budget of up to £25,000 would be made available, and that this would be funded either through savings or carry forward contingency set aside to support emerging pressures.
