Purpose: Meridian Water Update

Content: DECISION: The Cabinet agreed to:         I.         Note and agree in principle, and subject to the outcome of market testing the potential focus for Meridian Water, as set out in section 15 of this report.     II.         Approve the marketing of Phase 2 North, Phase 2 South and Phase 3 North, as shown edged in red on the attached plan.    III.         Note that there will be a further report to Cabinet seeking approval for any disposals or other arrangements and associated terms once a purchaser has been identified.   IV.         Approve the fee budget of up to £826,000 plus vat for the appointment of consultants for environmental, engineering, planning, legal advice, development consultancy and agency services to support the selection of strategic development partners.
