Content: That Cabinet:   1)    NOTED the capital programme forecast outturn for 2025/26 as set out in Appendix A. 2)    RECOMMENDED TO Council that they:  2.1)       Approve the General Fund Capital Programme for 2026/27 and associated funding as set out in Appendices B and C; 2.2)       Approve the Capital Strategy 2026/27 as attached at Appendix D; 2.3)       Delegate Authority to the Director for Corporate Services to amend the amount in the capital programme for Disabled Facilities Grants once funding confirmation has been received.
