Purpose:
Content: Resolved that Full Planning Permission be GRANTED for the amalgamation of existing two ground floor commercial units into a singular unit, to create a single Use Class E(a) commercial unit (Resubmission). Subject to the conditions, set out at Appendix 2 of the report, and the following additional condition to be detailed in the notice of determination · An additional condition stipulating that All deliveries and servicing of the amalgamated commercial unit shall be undertaken through the easternmost rear doors on Bardsley Lane and through this door only. The westernmost rear door on Bardsley Lane shall not be used for deliveries and servicing associated with the amalgamated commercial unit. That the Assistant Director (Planning & Building Control) be authorised to make any minor changes to the detailed wording of the recommended conditions as set out in Appendix 2 of the report, and its addendum, where the Assistant Director (Planning & Building Control) considers it appropriate, before issuing the decision notice.
