Content: RESOLVED – That the TWBC Peoples Strategy Transition Document 2025-2028 as set out in Appendix A be approved.   REASON FOR DECISION:  To ensure the Council has mechanisms in place to manage its responsibilities towards staff and to recruit and retain them to deliver career development opportunities into the new authority.
