Purpose:

Content: Resolved That (i)   the 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22, and 2022/23 Statement of Accounts be approved following the completion of BDO’s audit;         (ii) the four Audit Completion Reports, and combined Auditor’s Annual Report be received;         (iii)  the management response to the two audit recommendations be approved; and         (iv) the Strategic Director of Finance and the Chair of Audit & Governance Committee be authorised to agree with BDO any necessary amendments to the management representation letter and then sign it on behalf of the Council
