Purpose: To approve the updated Contaminated Land Policy and to approve the delegation of further reviews to be undertaken by the Strategic Director of Place in conjunction with the Portfolio Holder.

Content: Resolved That (i)   the proposed extension of validity to the Contaminated Land Strategy (to extend validity to 2030) be accepted; and         (ii)  the Strategic Director – Finance and Resources is authorised to make minor changes to the Contaminated Land Strategy, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder, following any future reviews.
