Purpose: Cabinet will be asked to note the proposed Selective licensing scheme, designate a Selective Licensing Area for the period 30 September 2026 to 29 September 2031 and authorise the publication of Selective Licensing Designation Notice and implementation of the scheme.

Content: Cabinet agreed to:   i)  Note the contents of the report and proposed Selective licensing scheme as detailed in the Appendices attached to the report.   ii)  Designate the Selective Licensing Area for the period 30 September 2026 to 29 September 2031.   iii)  Authorise the publication of Selective Licensing Designation Notice and implementation of the scheme.
