Content: Resolved that   (a)       the sale of Marlborough House, 50-68 High Street, Weybridge KT13 8BL to Boundary Real Estate Partners, in accordance with the draft Heads of Terms, be approved in principle;   (b)       authority be delegated to the Strategic Director for Services, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Leisure, Culture and Commercial Strategy, Head of Finance and Monitoring Officer, to negotiate the final agreement; and   (c)        authority be delegated to the Monitoring Officer to complete all necessary documents and ancillary agreements to give effect to the transaction.
