Content: Salford City Council - Record of Decision     I Councillor Jack Youd, Deputy City Mayor and Lead Member for Finance, Support Services and Regeneration, in exercise of the powers contained within the City Council Constitution do hereby approve the proposed expenditure of £775,000  of Section 106 contributions towards delivery of upgrades at the junction of Cleggs Lane/Armitage Avenue and A6 Manchester Road.   The Reasons are: to meet the requirement of the relevant Section 106 Agreement detailed within the report to facilitate the Logistics North employment development through enhanced accessibility by all modes of transport. The proposed scheme will upgrade the current arrangement with kerb buildouts to increase pedestrian movement space and reduce pedestrian crossing time.
