Purpose: Aberdeenshire Council's Flood Risk and Coast Protection Team are seeking comments for ISC from elected members on the proposed flood mitigation options at Kintore, following the completion of the Kintore Flood Protection Study.

Content: The Committee agreed to provide the following comment to ISC:-   a)         commend the work done; and   b)         support the preferred options (options 3 and 9) as these are the most appropriate for Kintore and will make a significant difference.
