Purpose: Aberdeenshire Council's Flood Risk and Coast Protection Team are seeking comments for ISC from elected members on the proposed flood mitigation options at Kemnay, following the completion of the Kemnay Flood Protection Study.

Content: Committee agreed to provide the following comments to ISC:_   a)         commend further discussions taking place around the location of the SUDS basin in Milton Meadows; and   b)         support the preferred options (options 1 and 2b) and encourage ISC to proceed with these.
