Content: The Committee did not reach a settled view and agreed to take a neutral stance and provide the following comments to Garioch Area Committee for their consideration in determining the application:   Consideration should be given to:   (1)  The justification for the development.   (2)  The suitability of the roads network considering the volume of traffic movements in a concentrated period (34 HGVs and 18 cars/LGVs daily), and impacts on road safety.   (3)  Loss of amenity and impact on the character of the area.   (4)  Loss of trees.   (5)  Proximity to residential properties and concerns about residential properties looking down into the compound.   (6)  Proximity to the Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and Local Nature Conservation Site and impacts on local wildlife.
