Content: Resolved that full planning permission is GRANTED for the change of use from existing single-family dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to a Change of use from an existing dwelling (Use Class C3) to a 4-bed, 5-person HMO (Use Class C4), in addition to the construction of a single-storey rear extension, rear dormer, rooflights, provision of cycle and refuse storage and all other associated works.   That consent is subject to the conditions set out in Appendix 2, to be detailed in the notice of determination.   That the Assistant Director (Planning & Building Control) is authorised to make any minor changes to the detailed wording of the recommended conditions as set out in this report (Appendix 2), where the Assistant Director (Planning & Building Control) considers it appropriate, before issuing the decision notice.
