Content: Noted the decision of Cabinet taken on 28 January 2026 and took no further action.   In reaching its decision, the Sub?Committee agreed one comment to be referred to Cabinet:   Cabinet is asked to ensure that, during the next stage of developing play and youth provision, particularly for Coldharbour, it fully considers the distinction between playwork and youth work, and ensures that the specific play needs of children are not lost within the wider youth offer.
