Content: Salford City Council - Record of Decision   I Councillor Jack Youd, Deputy City Mayor and Lead Member for Finance, Support Services and Regeneration, in exercise of the powers contained within the City Council Constitution and ion consultation with Cabinet, do hereby:   1.    Approve the waiver of the pre-commencement conditions for the Regent Trading Estate - Affordable Housing Scheme   2.   Approve the revised funding mix for the scheme.   3.    Delegate authority to the Executive Director of Place in consultation with the S151 officer to negotiate, agree, and finalise the detailed terms of the transaction.   4.    Authorise the Shared Legal Service, or externally appointed solicitors, to prepare all necessary documentation and to take all steps which are required to give effect to the above recommendations.   The Reasons are to maintain the current delivery programme and protect the agreed contract price with the main build contractor:   Options considered and rejected were: n/a   Assessment of Risk: The risk to successful scheme delivery is High if the recommended actions are not approved.
