Purpose: Annual update of the Council's Medium Term Financial Strategy

Content: The Committee resolved:   (a)  To note the update to the Medium-Term Financial Strategy and the further work to be undertaken in the lead up to setting the 2025/26 Council Tax.   (b)   To recommend that Council approve the Medium-Term Financial Strategy including the Flexible Use of Capital Receipts Strategy.
