Content: It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED:   ·               To note comments of the Public Accounts Select Committee on the Housing Revenue Account Budget submitted by Councillor James Rathbone, and to agree that the Executive Directors for Housing and the Executive Director for Corporate Resources provide a response to Mayor and Cabinet for consideration on 29 January 2024. ·               To note and agree a Response to the Brockley Assembly regarding Community Space. ·               To note report of the Private Rented Sector in Lewisham’s Task and Finish Group submitted by Councillor Bill Brown, and to agree that the Executive Directors for Housing and the Executive Director for Corporate Resources provide a response to Mayor and Cabinet for consideration on 29 January 2024.
