Content: It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED   To declare surplus and approve the disposal of the following four sites, and to delegate authority to the Executive Director for Corporate Resources, in consultation with the Executive Director for Place, and the Director of Law and Corporate Governance to agree specific sale terms:   ·                (Former) Bankfoot neighbourhood office, 1 Bankfoot Road, BR1 5PP; ·                Coroners Court and Mortuary, 8 Ladywell Road, SE13 7UW; ·                Trundleys, 160 Trundleys Road, SE8 5JE; and ·                Mountsfield Park Lodge, Stainton Road, SE6 1AN.
