Content: Resolved that the proposed minor material amendment submitted under Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 be REFUSED.   That refusal was on the basis that Members believed the noise from deliveries prior to 8am on a Sundays and Public Holidays would have an unacceptable impact on the amenity enjoyed by nearby residents, at a time when it was reasonable to expect the area to be quiet.
