The following local conditions: • General Management for All Premises – Conditions 1 – 4 • Noise – All Premises – Condition 5 • Lockfast Store – All Premises – Condition 6 • Children and Young Persons – Conditions 7 – 11 • Vulnerability – All Premises – Condition 19 • CCTV – All Premises – Condition 21 • Beer Gardens & Outdoor Drinking Areas – Conditions 31 – 33 • Festive Seasons – Conditions 38 – 42 2. The following specific condition: Children from 0-15 and Young Persons, 16-17, will only be allowed entry accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 years at all times. No children or Young Persons to be permitted entry to bar areas. The applicant having provided sufficient evidence to the Board to justify a departure to the Board’s Policy in that local conditions 34 & 35 relating to the outside drinking area should not be attached to the licence. The Board also confirmed that the following existing conditions were to be removed. - The Licence Holder shall ensure that – o The area is delineated by a physical barrier or similar o Signage is displayed indicating that no alcohol is to be removed beyond the licensed area o No amplified music to be played therein
