Purpose:

Content: 1.    That the undertaking of a procurement process for bulk haulage of residual waste for a contract term of five years plus options to extend for two 12-month periods, for the value of approximately £1,762,580 per year, be approved.   2.    That authority be delegated to the Executive Director – Place, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Waste and Trading Standards, to take all decisions necessary to progress the procurement up to and including determination of the final form contract and the award and execution of contract and other documentation necessary to deliver the procurement.
