Content: RESOLVED that:    1.         the heat tariff policy for Cambridge Road Estate (CRE) District Heat Network (DHN) will operate as a regulated business and all charges to residents will be levied on the basis of the prevailing Ofgem Energy Price Cap; and    2.         the heat tariff subsidy for the CRE DHN, as set out in paragraphs 24-28 of the report, be approved for the first three years of its operation.
