Content: Resolved that the proposed changes to the parameter plans (detailed under Conditions 2, and 14 of 22/3782/MA) are non-material amendments in accordance with s96A of the TCPA 1990 be agreed.   That the proposed changes to the wording of conditions 2, 14, 18, 25, 26, 27 and 62 of planning permission 22/3782/MA are in themselves nonmaterial amendments in accordance with s96A of the TCPA 1990, be agreed.   That the proposed change to the description of development for planning permission 22/3782/MA be agreed   That this non-material amendment application be approved.
