Content: RESOLVED that   1. the basic allowance of £12,480 is increased by 2.5% to £12,792 with effect from 1st April 2024;  2. all existing Special Responsibility Allowances (SRAs) are increased by 2.5% with effect from April 2024;  3. the Monitoring Officer be instructed to take any steps necessary to implement this decision.
