Content: The minutes of the meeting held on 10 September 2024 were approved as an accurate record with the following amendment:   Item 88/24, 8th paragraph:   Councillor Bartholomew asked the Cabinet Member to provide details of the steps being taken to recover debt owed to the County Council referred to in paragraph 110 in the Annex to the Business Management & Monitoring Report - May 2024.  Councillor Levy promised to send a written response.
