The Sub-Committee was also scheduled to discuss Complaint 0055, along with the Police and Crime Commissioner's response to it.

Exclusion of the Public

The agenda included a recommendation to exclude the public from the meeting during the discussion of the complaints, citing Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972. This was justified on the grounds that the items involved the likely disclosure of exempt information under Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act, which concerns information relating to any individual.
