• Selkirk Toll: Options to diversify plant types and explore advertising to fund development of the Selkirk Toll. The action tracker included an update which stated that a previous project was undertaken to make the toll banking safe with plant shrubs/ground cover to stabilise the banking, and that the landscape team were involved in the work previously to solve the issues with the site at that time and to create and implement the current layout. It also stated that Parks currently maintain the toll but as the work requires restraint gear this is just the minimal, with only the top flattish bit pruned to enable locals to watch the horses coming up the Toll.
• Insurance: Exploring photographic evidence and documentation of assets for insurance purposes, and whether current insurance arrangements are sufficient.
• Common Good Artefacts: Addressing the matter of insurance for Common Good artefacts.
• Selkirk Youth Club: Updates on a tree report and proposed works by Selkirk Youth Rugby Club.
• Walter Scott Memorial: Discussions with the Heritage and Design Officer regarding the Walter Scott Memorial.

Property Update
