Disciplinary Appeal

The Personnel Appeals Panel considered a disciplinary appeal, hearing verbal and written evidence from both the appellant and management. The meeting was adjourned on 9 September 2025, to allow for the consideration of additional evidence, specifically character references, submitted by the appellant.

Upon reconvening, the Chair, Councillor Norman Stevenson, drew attention to the late submission of this evidence. Following this, the panel unanimously resolved to dismiss the appeal. The meeting was held at the Harrow Council Hub and involved Councillor Christopher Baxter and Councillor Jerry Miles, alongside Councillor Stevenson, who served as Chair.
