Restricted Private Hire Driver's Licence
The sub-committee is scheduled to consider Exempt Report No. OS2514 from the Executive Head of Operational Services regarding an application for a restricted private hire driver's licence.
Exclusion of the Public
The sub-committee will consider a resolution to exclude the public from the meeting during discussion of the application for a restricted private hire driver's licence. This is to avoid the disclosure of exempt information, as defined in Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 19721. The relevant paragraphs of Schedule 12A are paragraphs 1 and 3, which relate to:
