Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way Sub-Committee - Monday, 3rd November, 2025 1.00 pm
The Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way Sub-Committee met to review and comment on a proposed revision to the Definitive Map Modification Order (DMMO) Prioritisation Policy. The aim of the revision is to create a clearer, more consistent, and objective process for handling the substantial backlog of applications to modify the definitive map[^1] by prioritising cases with the greatest potential public benefit and those that would reduce property blight. After discussion, the sub-committee resolved to note their comments on the proposed revisions, which will be taken forward to the Highways and Transport Scrutiny Committee and then to the Executive Councillor for a final decision.

The Growth Scrutiny Committee of Lincolnshire County Council met on 28 October 2025 to discuss economic development and skills initiatives. Councillors approved the Lincolnshire Youth Justice Plan 2025-28, and voted to approve an amended motion regarding the location of asylum seekers in the county. They also approved the calendar of meetings for 2026/27, and made appointments to committees and outside bodies.
Growth Scrutiny Committee - Tuesday, 9th September, 2025 10.00 am
The Growth Scrutiny Committee met to discuss procurement reforms, broadband progress, regional energy planning, and the Connect to Work programme. The committee endorsed reports on procurement, broadband and the Connect to Work programme, and provided feedback to officers. Members also discussed and approved the committee's work programme for the coming year.
