...to commence a competitive tender for a 5-year contract, with a possible 5-year extension, for integrated alcohol and drug treatment, recovery, and support services for adults, children, young people, and families, and delegated authority to the Director of Public Health to award the contract.

...to approve the provisional distribution scope of the Household Support Fund, maintain oversight of the fund with the WNC Public Health team, and authorize the redistribution of any unassigned funds by March 31, 2026, in accordance with government guidelines.
