The Grants Determination (Cabinet) Sub-Committee of Tower Hamlets Council met on Wednesday 18 February 2026. The meeting reviewed the Mayor's Small Grants Programme, noting recommendations for improvement including increasing the Community Chest grant amount from £500 to £1,000 and changing the frequency of grants for positive activities for young people to once a year. Budget Monitoring 2025/26 – Quarter 3 Forecast Outturn

The Cabinet of Tower Hamlets decided on 24 March 2026 to note the council's quarter 3 revenue and capital forecasts. Best Start Family Hubs Programme

The Cabinet of Tower Hamlets approved the allocation and expenditure of up to £1.6 million for the Perinatal Mental Health and Parent-Infant Relationship service for 2026-2029. This decision includes commissioning the Perinatal Mental Health and Parent-Infant Relationship service and beginning the procurement process.
