...that the Cabinet Committee: Housing of Winchester approved and adopted six Housing Repairs and Maintenance Compliance Policies concerning fire safety, gas and heating, electrical safety, asbestos, water hygiene, and lift safety, while delegating authority to the Corporate Head of Housing, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Good Homes, to make minor amendments.
