The Policy and Finance Committee will consider the Council’s revenue budget and capital programme for 2025/26 so that it can make recommendations to a Special Meeting of the Council on 26 February 2025.

Council Tax, Business Rates and Sundry Debt Write Offs to be approved by Committee – 2024/25 Quarter 1

The Council’s constitution requires the approval of the Corporate Support Committee to write off certain irrecoverable Council Tax, Business Rates and Sundry Debts. This applies to amounts over £10,000 (Sundry Debts), £15,000 (Council Tax) and £30,000 (Business Rates).
