About

The Policy and Resources Committee is responsible for exercising the Council's functions across a broad range of corporate services. This includes overseeing corporate policy and performance, managing partnerships and public engagement, and directing finance, legal services, and communications.

The committee also holds responsibility for essential operational areas such as design, print, postal services, ICT, information management, customer services, committee administration, and elections. It operates with delegated authority to deliver these services directly or through sub-committees and partnerships.
