Miscellaneous Licensing Committee - Friday, 7th November, 2025 10.30 am

The Miscellaneous Licensing Committee met to discuss several applications for Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Driver's Licences, ultimately granting one, granting one subject to conditions, and refusing three. The committee also reviewed two existing licences, deciding to take no action in either case.

Constitution and Governance Committee - Tuesday, 4th November, 2025 10.00 am

The Constitution and Governance Committee met to discuss governance arrangements for council-owned entities, rules for substitute councillors, and the member development strategy. Councillors recommended changes to Article 21 - Governance Arrangements of Council Owned Entities to be implemented, and also recommended an amendment to Council Procedure Rule 4.2.2 - Allocation of Substitutes. The committee decided to make no changes to the Member Development Strategy at this time.

East Sub-Area Planning Committee - Tuesday, 28th October, 2025 10.00 am

The East Sub-Area Planning Committee met to discuss planning application PA25/01969 regarding alterations to Polruan Stores and to note the appeals report. The committee unanimously approved the application for alterations to Polruan Stores, and they noted the appeals report.
