Applicant Tarland Development Group, seeking to install donation based parking meter and composting toilet adjacent to the car parking area for users of the wood. Have provided justification for proposal and stated maintenance of tracks was carried out in June to alleviate surface water pooling which they were aware of. Meets with Policy R2 of the LDP as works considered ancillary to the use of the woodland for informal recreational purposes and mountain bike trails. Flooding team have no objection.
