They were also scheduled to discuss non-public items including the disposal of former port health dock offices at Tilbury Docks, and the extension of waste collection, street cleansing and ancillary services contracts.

The Planning and Transportation Committee were scheduled to discuss improvements to Leadenhall Street, and the Bunhill, Barbican & Golden Lane Healthy Neighbourhood Plan, as well as consider a resolution from the Ward of Cripplegate.

Planning Applications Sub-Committee - Tuesday, 8th July, 2025 10.30 am

The Planning Applications Sub-Committee for the City of London Corporation met on 8 July 2025 to discuss several planning applications, including major developments at 63 St Mary Axe and 85 Gracechurch Street. The committee was also scheduled to review minutes from a previous meeting and consider valid planning applications and delegated decisions made by the Chief Planning Officer and Development Director.
