...authority was delegated to the Cabinet Member for City Transport, in consultation with the Director of Resident Services, to approve proposed changes to the governance of the Key Route Network, enabling the West Midlands Combined Authority to submit a proposal to the Secretary of State to amend the West Midlands Combined Authority (Functions and Amendments) 2017 Order.
