The Local Planning Committee meeting on 3 March 2026 saw several applications for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) discussed, with two deferred due to insufficient information regarding management plans and noise mitigation. A proposal for a two-storey side extension to a Grade II listed building at 25 Gloucester Circus was refused due to concerns about its impact on heritage value, while a similar application at 888 Sidcup Road was deferred for further information.
