(Special - ILACS Report), Overview and Scrutiny Committee - Tuesday 8 July 2025 6.30 pm

The Overview and Scrutiny Committee met to discuss the council's response to a recent [Inspection of Local Authority Children's Services (ILACS)][^1] report, which rated Harrow Council's children's services as 'inadequate' overall, despite awarding 'good' ratings to two of the four judgement categories. The committee noted the report and discussed actions being taken to improve the service, particularly for care leavers.

Traffic and Road Safety Advisory Panel - Monday 7 July 2025 6.30 pm

The Traffic and Road Safety Advisory Panel (TARSAP) convened to discuss various traffic management and safety issues, including parking programmes, traffic schemes, and sustainable travel initiatives. The panel reviewed petitions and reports, addressing concerns raised by residents and councillors, and made recommendations for future actions. Councillor Thaya Idaikkadar was appointed as Vice-Chair of the TARSAP for the 2025/2026 Municipal Year.

Standing Advisory Council for Religious Education - Wednesday 25 June 2025 4.30 pm, NEW

The Harrow Standing Advisory Council for Religious Education (SACRE) met on 25 June 2025, at Holy Trinity, Wealdstone[^1]. The agenda included a review of the Development Plan, feedback on the NASACRE[^2] conference, and local and national updates. There was also time set aside to discuss determination orders[^3] and the SACRE Self-Evaluation Form (SEF).

Personnel Appeals Panel - Wednesday 11 June 2025 10.00 am

The Harrow Council Personnel Appeals Panel met on Wednesday 11 June 2025, and Councillor Kanti Rabadia was appointed Chair of the meeting. The panel dismissed a disciplinary appeal after considering written and verbal evidence from both the appellant and management.
