...to negotiate contracts with developers that prioritize resident-owned management companies for estate services and ensure transparency and accountability in community facility management, while also requiring early handover of infrastructure, developing a code of conduct for management companies, reviewing their performance, and facilitating communication between residents and management companies.

...to submit the Proposed Submission (Regulation 19) MK City Plan 2050 to the Secretary of State for Examination following the close of the Regulation 19 consultation, along with representations and other required documents, and to delegate authority to the Director Planning and Placemaking to make necessary minor amendments prior to submission.

...to adopt the Councillor Training and Development Strategy, implement it by May 2026, and delegate authority to the Head of Democratic Services for minor amendments, with a full review planned for the second half of 2027/28.

...to welcome the New Town Taskforce report naming Milton Keynes as a potential site for a new town, acknowledge the opportunities for investment and affordable housing, and support continued council involvement in planning and community engagement.
