RESOLVED:
1.            
That the Councillor Training
and Development Strategy be adopted.
2.            
That arrangements be made by
Democratic Services to implement the strategy by May
2026.
3.            
That the Councillor Training
Group keep the strategy under review, as follows:
a)           
authority be delegated to the
Head of Democratic Services to make minor or consequential
amendments to the strategy and other amendments to the appendices,
in consultation with the Group; and
b)           
a full review be undertaken in
the second half of 2027/28.
